MUMBAI: The episode begins with Prerna trying to see who is lying on the road but Mr Bajaj holds her back. He says that they have to get home soon for a ceremony. Prerna wonders if it is someone she knows and keeps staring back. But eventually, she gets in the car with Mr Bajaj. Prerna gets a call from Shivani and asks about Anurag. Just before the graha pravesh, Shivani accuses Prerna of betrayal. Shivani says that she knows everything about how Prerna betrayed the whole family and Anurag to get married to Mr Bajaj. Mr Bajaj is staring back at Prerna, who is in tears. Prerna asks her who told her this and turns out it was Ronit who broke the news to her. Shivani is very angry as she claims how Prerna took matters in her own hands. Shivani once again asks where Anurag is and Prerna realises that he found out about her marriage too. Prerna doesn't know what to say and is shocked as Shivani tells Prerna that Ronit told her about Anurag heading to stop the marriage. Prerna then figures that the accident that took place was of Anurag. She immediately rushes out of the house.

Mr Bajaj is angry as Prerna has rushed to the hospital to be with Anurag. However, he enters the house without Prerna. She visits an unconscious Anurag at the hospital. She starts crying and thinking about all their times together. Shivani notices her family prepare for Anurag and Prerna's wedding. None of them knows about Prerna's wedding with Mr Bajaj. Shivani is really hurt by Prerna's betrayal and runs away to her room. As she is frustrated, Prerna calls her up and tells her about Anurag's condition and how he is in the City Hospital.

Shivani continues to yell at Prerna for her rash decision but Prerna is unable to explain herself to her. Shivani states that Anurag won't survive without her. Prerna asks Shivani to take care of everyone and that everybody will hate Prerna for what she has done but it was for their good. Prerna then cuts the call as she is unable to hold back her tears.
