MUMBAI: Kaun Banega Crorepati is one show that has changed the lives of many. Right from the start of the show way back in 2000, it has been loved by the audience, as it gives the common man in India a chance to win money through his intelligence and knowledge.

The icing on the cake is that they get to meet the legendary Amitabh Bachchan. Like any other season, even in KBC 10, a number of contestants have been on the hot seat, but no one has won a crore rupees.

Finally, KBC 10 has its first crorepati, and it is a woman. Hailing from Guwahati in Assam, Binita Jain is the first contestant this season who has managed to win one crore rupees. She is a teacher and a mother of two.

The episode in which she wins will be aired on 2 October. Mr. Bachchan can be seen congratulating her and asking her to play more carefully for the last question of 7 crores rupees.

Binita Jain is the 5th woman contestant to have reached the 14th question in KBC 10. She has faced a lot of hardships in life and can be seen braving all odds to win the big prize money.

Although the makers revealed in the promo that she has won a crore, it’s still a mystery whether she will win 7 crores.
