The Rs 50 lakh question was based on the Navy Day. "To mark which naval operation does India celebrate Navy Day annually on December 4?" was the question shot at Vivek. He seemed unsure but waited for the options to see if he gets close the correct answer. The options given were - Operation Trident, Operation Cactus, Operation Vijay, and Operation Python.

Vivek didn't want to take a chance and lose the Rs 25 lakh that he claimed through the game. So he decided to quit the show and walk away with the earned money. Fortunately, he took a call at the right time because his guess turned out to be incorrect. The correct answer to this question is Operation Trident.
