MUMBAI: The episode sees how Abhishek gets a message from Pragya thanking him. He wonders what is she thanking him for and messages her back. Later, he tells Purab that he has realised that Hrithik and Disha are just business partners and nothing romantic is happening between them. He sees Purab is upset and Purab tells him that he had a fight with Disha by asking her indirectly about Hrithik. Even Aliya is upset with him. Abhishek mocks him and Purab asks him to go for his court hearing and not enjoy his misery so much. Abhishek tells him that he’s going for a family dinner with Pragya and their daughters after the court hearing. Purab sees how happy he is. Meanwhile, Pragya’s lawyer says that they will indeed get justice as the judge very fair. But their opponents lawyers tries to scare Pragya and says that their case is stronger so it’s better that they make an out of court settlement. Pragya refuses to compromise on their self respect as Rishi has been wrongly accused. She feels happy as she sees Abhishek arrive. 

Both of them feel awkward to be on opposite sides in the case but they mutually agree to not let Rishi and Priyanka’s differences come between them. Meanwhile, Priyanka asks Rishi if he wants to marry her. She tells him that he wouldn’t have to fight her in account if he agrees. Rishi sternly tells Priyanka no. Priyanka asks him if he loves Shahana. Rishi gets agitated and tells her that he does. Later in court, Priyanka’s lawyer presents to the judge what had happened. He frames it in the form of a story where Rishi began to force Priyanka physically but then got agitated when she refused to get close. Rishi’s lawyer says that it was in fact the other way around where Priyanka had begun touching Rishi inappropriately. They present the evidence to the judge. Later, Abhishek gets called in the witness box. Meanwhile, Purab and Aliya get into a fight and he tells her that he is unable to figure out if he should tell her the truth or not because she anyway suspects him all the time. Aliya apologises to him but he leaves angrily. Aliya calms herself down and decides to deal with Purab in a loving way as she has invested her life for their relationship. 

Later, Rishi’s lawyer asks Abhishek a series of questions that clarify that he hadn’t called Rishi into his cabin and when he left, he saw Rishi running. His clothes were shabbily done and when he went upstairs and saw Priyanka sobbing with her clothes disheveled he quickly realised that Rishi molested her. Priyanka’s lawyer tells the judge that Abhishek’s statement and the photos prove that Rishi molested Priyanka so he should be punished by the court. Rishi’s lawyer continues and tells Priyanka’s lawyer that he is in fact misleading the court. He asks the judge to look at the photos carefully. As the judge sees the photos again, she realises that in one photo Priyanka has marks on her neck but on the other she doesn’t. Rishi’s lawyer thus proves that Priyanka tried to choke herself just so that Rishi would be punished. Priyanka loses her temper and tells them that she doesn’t want to fight the case as she is being blamed instead of receiving justice. Rishi’s lawyer also pinpoints the unfair treatment Rishi received in jail as Abhishek hit him while he was in custody.
