MUMBAI:  Colors’ Silsila Badalte Rishton Ka (Sphere Origins) is keeping viewers engaged with the varied twists it frequently introduces.

As we know, Nandini (Drashti Dhami) has moved out of Kunal (Shakti Arora) and Mauli’s (Aditi Sharma) house.

In the last episode, we saw that Kunal and Nandini are locked in a room. A candle that is kept on the table falls on Nandini’s dress and it catches fire. She calls Kunal for help. She unintentionally hugs Kunal out of fear, and Mauli happens to see it.
