MUMBAI: Dheeraj Dhoopar  is one such television actor who needs no introduction. The actor who started his journey in the year 2009 has come a long way in his career.  

The handsome star has been a part of several TV shows like Maat Pitah Ke Charno Mein Swarg, Sasural Simar Ka, Behenein, Kuch Toh Log Kahenge, among others.  

Currently, Dheeraj is seen as Karan Luthra in Zee TV's popular show Kundali Bhagya. The show tops the TRP charts most of the time, all thanks to the amazing storyline.

In an exclusive chat with TellyChakkar, Dheeraj spoke at length about the show, his character and much more.

Dheeraj's character Karan has many amazing qualities which is one of the reasons why fans have showered so much love on him.

When asked if he is similar to Karan, the actor said, "There is hardly any difference between Karan and Dheeraj."

Karan who plays the role of a cricketer in the show says that he used to play cricket in his school days and was also a captain. This is one of the reasons the body language comes so naturally to him.

Dheeraj further added, "Karan is like me. I hardly act like Karan Luthra and that is what got me closer to people's hearts. This is all natural. Being Karan Luthra is the best thing that has happened to me."
