Kunika Lal is one actor who surely knows what to fall back on when her acting career isn't going great guns. The actor is opening up a chain of four restaurants called Ten -the happy Bistro, in suburban Mumbai ( Goregaon) along with her business partner cum architect friend Shekhar Dadarkar. The actor is busy doing up the interiors of the restaurants alongside looking after her Spa(called Exhale also in Goregaon), doing social service and shooting for her shows. "The chain of restaurants will be inaugurated by October and I am designing the interiors, as well as deciding on the multi -cuisine menus and the architecture of the restaurant," chirps Kunika who is confident of the fact that the location of the restaurant is bound to attract people in abundance. The actor has shot for a film titled Shaadi Karke Phas Gayi five years ago (where she plays Shilpa Shetty's mother's friend who creates confusions in Shilpa's and Salman's marriage) is ready for release soon. Kunika is also doing Siraj- Ud- Daulah for Doordarshan besides another show for the same channel ready to go on air from 27 July titled Saajan Ka Ghar where she is all set to play a politician.
