Mahabharat: It took THESE many days to shoot the Draupadi Cheer Haran scene

MUMBAI: With the ongoing lockdown which has been extended till 3rd May, netizens are trying to kill time by binge-watching several TV shows which are re-running on the small screen. However, with epic mythological drama series Ramayan and Mahabharat’s return on Doordarshan, viewers are getting wholesome of entertainment.  

Apart from that, Star Plus has also started the re-run of Mahabharat which released in the year 2013. Interestingly, the show is getting a great response from the viewers.

And now, the star cast of Mahabharata had a virtual meeting after six long years and everyone had lots of anecdotes to share.  

Pooja Sharma who played the role of Draupadi shared many interesting things about the show.  

Draupadi Cheer Haran was one of the most important sequences of the show. While audiences gave thumbs up to this particular sequence, the actors had to put in a lot of efforts to make this scene a successful one.  

Pooja revealed that it took 20 days for director Sidharth Kumar Tiwary to shoot this entire sequence. Yes, you read that right! 

Well, Sidharth directed this scene with a lot of perfection and fans are still going gaga over the same.
