MUMBAI: The track of Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai these days is very high on emotions. Kartik is heartbroken, as Naira didn’t turn up for their wedding and he cannot understand what went wrong. Naira has already told Kartik to move on.

In the previous episode, we saw that Naira requests Suwarna to speak to her, but she refuses, as she blames her for hurting Kartik. Naira happens to meet Suwarna in the temple and confesses her health condition and the reason she didn’t turn up for her wedding.

Suwarna is shocked by this. In the upcoming episode, viewers will witness that Kartik overhears their conversation but only the part where Naira tells Suwarna that she needs to stay away from Kartik. On hearing this, Kartik is heartbroken and decides to confront Naira.

Suwarna watches the confrontation and becomes emotional seeing their love. She realizes that Naira is innocent and decide to tell Kartik about her health condition and memory loss problem.
