Jay Mehta Productions new show –yet to be titled – on Zee TV is trending these days. First, it caught attention for casting big names in the world of television, namely Ashish “Chandragupta Maurya” Sharma and Sukirti “Pyaar Kii Yeh Ek Kahaani” Kandpal. The makers also went ahead and roped in Nandish “Uttaran” Sandhu, but the actor decided to opt out due to health issues. Now, the latest name to enter the league of extraordinary performers is none other than Manmeet Singh, who was last seen in Star Plus’ Kaali. He has also done many commercials and films. Manmeet will play female lead Sahiba’s father. He will be a positive minded man who will love and support his daughters a lot. His family will reside in Chandigarh. As already reported, the show will also be shot at exotic locations in London. When contacted Manmeet, he confirmed the news and said, “Yes, I am doing the show and I am excited to be a part of it. I can relate to my character as in real life too I have two daughters and I love them a lot.”
