Married women vie for Rosesh's hand

He has the dubious distinction of being the hottest bachelor on TV currently. And Rosesh Sarabhai, who has invited country wide marriage proposals, has even had to contend with three married women, all of whom are giving it a shot - so that they can enact being his onscreen wife! Rosesh is blushing and brimming with joy over the fact that the whole focus is on him and his marriage, and the producers of the show are ecstatic that they have received as many as 1000 entries for the bride-hunt.

Rosesh is blushing and brimming with joy over the fact that the whole focus is on him and his marriage, and the producers of the show are ecstatic that they have received as many as 1000 entries for the bride-hunt. The three married women who made it to the ten finalists shortlisted, came in for the audition with their mother-in-law and husband in tow. "This truly indicates the popularity of the show and how the husbands think the show is safe enough for their women to work in!" laughs producer J D Majethia. "Also I appreciate the fact that the men are so supportive and they have got them here for a Swayamvar," he adds. "I think the bahu should be of my choice as Rosesh is my favourite child,"says elegant mom Maya (Ratna Pathak). The producers of the show have not decided on a particular kind of bahu for the Sarabhai family but are sure that they want somebody who can handle both Maya and Monisha and adjust well with the rest of the members in the family.
