Not all know that the makers of the show have brought in a real time doctor to be on the sets 24*7, to aid the actors with professional knowledge that only a doctor can give. 

The man happens to be Dr. Amitabh Ghosh!! 

As per a reliable source, “He has been on board from the time the show could roll. Before every scene, he sits into a discussion with the actors involved, and also teaches them the nuances that a doctor should have. Starting from what instrument need to be picked up during a surgery, to how to use them, and how to portray a particular scene as a doctor, the man teaches the actors everything. Also, the machinery and equipment placed in the hospital setup are real equipment, and this also provides a realistic touch to the ambience.”
