Colors’ historical drama Chakravartin Ashoka Samrat (Contiloe) recently witnessed many new entries post the leap in the show.

After few popular faces like Mohit Raina, Saumaya Seth, Dakssh Ajit Singh, Kajol Srivastav and many others, it’s time to welcome another actor into the league.

The lady making, who will soon be making an entry in the series, will be Meri Aashiqui Tum Se Hi fame actor Poonam Pandey.

We hear that the lady will be essaying the character of princess Anandini.

Our source informs us, “Anandini’s character will be introduced during Ashoka’s (Mohit Raina) swayavbar, where Ashoka will reject Anandini as his match. This will irk Anandini and she will turn negative and will try to harm Devi (Kajol Srivastav) and Ashoka.”
