The Indian television industry has some of the finest looking actors. Brawny and beautiful, the heroes and the heroines make audiences 'fashionably' aspirational. One such dazzling diva is curvaceous Mouni Roy. One look at her and your lips go 'uh la la'. Supple and sexy, Mouni is the ultimate ' femme fatale' fantasy. She has perfect features, without doubt. But curiosity (it did not kill the cat) rose when a certain section of the media reported about Mouni going under the knife to enhance her looks. They claimed of her undergoing a 'lip job'. As a media unit, we refrain from speculations and to get to the core of the claim, we decided to ask Mouni on her alleged beauty modifications. Tellychakkar team met the actress at the press launch of Naagin season 2, and during interactions popped the 'lip job' query. Mouni, who usually is demure and delicate, looked visibly upset and agitated. Vexed, her facial contours altered and spitting fire she averred: "You should check my Instagram posts to get your answers.” When we clarified that we wanted merely to get her side of the story, she shot back, “I am not talking to you guys ever again," thus walking off in a volcanic trance. In the glamour industry, going under the knife or look enhancement is a norm and there is nothing taboo about it.
