Actor Ranveer Singh has always been an inspiration for other actors in more ways than one. Besides his films, the actor has always been in the news for the looks he sports in them, the top of the list being Allaudin Khilji’s look in Padmaavat. Actors Mrunal Jain and Angad Hasija, too, shot a photoshoot in the same avatar of Ranveer Singh. What’s more? They were shot by celebrity photographer Amit Khanna, who has clicked the likes of Sonakshi Sinha, Manushi Chillar, Manisha Koirala, Kartik Aaryan, Karishma Sharma, Diabdra Soares and Tinaa Dattaa.

“The shoot was amazing. Our photographer Amit wanted to show Khilji as a king and a warrior in a poster. So, I dressed up as the king and Mrunal became the warrior version of Khilji. It was such a fun experience and we loved the outcome as well,” says Angad.

Mrunal adds that he prepared a lot for the shoot. “Since we had to look like Khilji, we made Ranveer’s look our inspiration. We tried to bulk up and altered our diets as well. I worked a lot on the look as well my body language. I feel in a still shoot, that is what makes all the difference.  This also made me realize how much Ranveer would have prepared for the film,” he says. Well we must say the photographer has done an excellent job!
