MUMBAI: MTV Splitsvilla X3 is one of the most successful shows on television, and the audiences are loving the new season as there are lots of twists and turns. 

In the previous episode, Shivam and Pallak became the fourth ideal match, whereas Bhoomika and Sapna nailed the disc task and brought victory to their respective teams. 

In the upcoming episode, Shivam and Nikita will again have a fight. Shivam reveals Kat's feelings for him as she had left a beautiful message for him in the room. 

There will be a crack in Dhruv and Sapna’s relationship, as with the entry of the wild cards, Sapna would be seen talking to Piyush, which will irk Dhruv and make him feel a bit insecure. 

He would be seen telling Sapna that she was talking to him very closely and if she wants, she can go to him, as when he came into this show, he thought he would be there only for one or two dome sessions, but with a lot of luck and hard work he reached so far in the show. Even without her, he would be able to go ahead.

Sapna is seen trying to talk to Dhruv and sorting things out but all in vain as the latter doesn’t want to listen to her.

Seems like with the wild card entries, many twists and turns will be coming up in the upcoming episodes.
