Muskaan Nancy James' 'Meera bai' track returns in Sony TV's Maharana Pratap

Muskaan Nancy James
Actress Muskaan Nancy James who essayed the very popular role of Meera Bai, the ultimate ‘Krishna’ bhakt in Sony TV’s Maharana Pratap will be staging a comeback on the show. Muskaan’s track which was introduced in December last year had a very good run, with viewers liking her performance. The character had exited with the leap planned in the show in March this year. Now, Contiloe Telefilms will be bringing back Meera Bai to influence Pratap (Ssharad Malhotra) to walk in the right path. As we know, Meera Bai happens to be the widow of Pratap’s father Rana Uday Singh’s (Shakti Anand) brother. Even though the lady would have stayed away from her family, she would have had a great influence on Pratap and his mother Jaywantabai (Rajshree Thakur). Now, Meera bai will be back to guide Pratap and tell him that he is the chosen one to protect the people and fight for injustice. Also, Pratap will try to persuade Meera Bai to come and stay with them. Muskaan has started shooting for the popular Sony TV show, and her first interaction will be with Pratap and Akbar (Kripp Suri). When contacted, Muskaan told Tellychakkar.com, “Yes, my character of Meera bai was very famous in Maharana Pratap. I have always thought that the maker would call me in the post leap phase of the story line. I now feel my wish has been granted. It is a great feeling to be back working in the show. I am doubly excited as Ssharad and Kripp who play Pratap and Akbar respectively are my close friends. It will be great working with them.” Muskaan’s comeback sequence will be aired in tonight’s episode (17 November).
