MUMBAI: Usha Bachani has come a long way in her career. She has been part of the entertainment industry for decades now. She is currently playing a pivotal role of Kareena Bua in Zee TV’s popular show Kundali Bhagya. She is a well-known name in the industry and she is still remembered for her role in the Salman Khan and Krishma Kapoor starrer Dulhan Hum Ke Jayenge.

Usha has been shooting for Kundali Bhagya for quite a while now and she stuns us with her amazing performance. In an exclusive conversation with Tellychakkar.com, Usha shares her association with Balaji Telefilms and bond with Ekta Kapoor over the years. She shared, “It will not be wrong to say that it is every actor’s dream to work with Balaji Telefilms. In so many years of my career my association with Balaji has been the best. The production is known for making actors star overnight. Also, in these many years I have never faced trouble to get my payment. There may be a delay sometimes but I have always been paid for my work. I feel secure to work with them as their shows have longer run and their characters are well defined. Any actor will gain fame by doing Balaji shows. Ekta Kapoor is very smart and knows the right nerve of the audience. She would know well what will work and what does not on TV.”

On facing payment in the past, she said, “Today’s time there are a lot of production houses who don’t pay actors. I myself owe lakhs of rupees from a TV based production house. So, I prefer working with Balaji Telefilms.”
