MUMBAI: Today marks one of the saddest day in the entertainment industry as Bigg Boss 13 winner Siddarth Shukla passed away due to a cardiac arrest. 

As per India Today reports, the actor did take some medicine last night before he went to sleep. He was found lifeless in the morning. 

He was brought to the hospital by his family and was declared dead.  

The cops said that as of now, foul play has been ruled out, and the family also doesn’t suspect anything. 

The autopsy would be conducted soon, and an external examination has been conducted in the presence of a doctor and a police officer. 

Once the autopsy is done, one would know the exact reason that led to the cardiac arrest.

A police source has told India Today that when he was brought to the hospital, no one informed them until they got a call from the hospital informing them about Siddarth’s demise. 

The police said that post the last rites, they would be recording the statements of the family and friends. 

Post the SSR case, the police are being very careful and are conducting all the possibility check-ups before coming to any conclusion. They have decided to record the post- mortem on video. 

Siddarth has left a good body of work behind and will always remain in the hearts of his fans.
