MUMBAI: Bigg Boss is incomplete without his host Salman Khan. Another season of the reality show is set to hit our TV screens on October 2nd. While many fans of the show are eagerly waiting to know about the contestants, several are looking forward to seeing their beloved bollywood actor Salman Khan again on the show.
Salman Khan began hosting the popular reality TV show Bigg Boss in 2010. From Salman's approach to the candidates to his engaging dance performances and relatable advice, Bigg Boss host has managed to make a place in our hearts.
However, as we all know, Salman has expressed interest in leaving the show on multiple occasions. The actor has previously threatened to leave the programme for a variety of reasons, but his fans' affection has always drawn him back to the set.
Take a look at the five controversies that nearly caused Salman to leave Bigg Boss.
Salman lost his temper and said, "Someone should do this," on Bigg Boss 13.
Salman's expectations of hosting Bigg Boss in a polite manner were dashed right at the start of the show. As competitors continued to get into nasty confrontations and break rules inside the BB house, Salman lost his cool and stormed off stage, yelling, "Guess I want someone else to do this." Sidharth Shukla, Asim Riaz, Rashami Desai, and Paras Chhabra were among the season's most popular faces.
Salman Khan lashes out at Srishty Rode, Saba Khan, and Surbhi Rana on Bigg Boss 12
Surbhi Rana, Saba Khan, Srishty Rode, and Shivashsish Mishra got physical with each other in one of the BB 12 episodes, and the aftermath wasn't pretty. Salman criticised the four participants the following week for their abusive behaviour and said he does not want to be a part of this show.
Bigg Boss 10: Priyanka Jagga and her big fight.
After Priyanka Jagga’s co-competitor Manu Punjabi's mother passed away, the host and the contestant got into an argument. Salman was irritated by her snide remark, so he requested that she be booted from the show by the BB team. Salman also threatened to cut his ties with BB if Priyanka Jagga would appear in any of their shows.
When Imam Siddiqui said to Salman, "Time out," he reacted angrily.
Imam Siddiqui instructed Salman Khan to stop talking during yet another weekend ka vaar episode, which, predictably, did not go over well with the B-towner. The actor scolded him, and it was then reported that Salman has threatened to leave the show if Imam continues to misbehave with him.
