MUMBAI: Shaadi Mubarak actor Gaurav Sharma is a talented man.

Featuring as Tarun Jindal in the show, the actor plays a character which is the complete opposite of his real life personality. In an exclusive conversation with Gaurav, he spoke to us about his journey in the show, his bond with co-actors among other things.

Gaurav shared, “My character is the complete opposite of what I am in real life. I am a complete ‘Momma’s Boy’ in real life and over here my character is such who fights with his mother and is rather cruel in nature towards her. I took up the show as it challenged me. As for the cast, everyone is good and all the actors are performers. Rajshree mam is one of the sweetest and most kind individuals I have met and when I heard the news it was a little shocking and it took a while to adjust. However, Rati (Pandey) is also a fine actress. I think the show has given a good boost to my career as it was more than a year that I had done television and I wanted to make sure that when I come back I project a different and strong role.

Generally, people do not promote negative characters too much but the makers promoted me well. Manav Gohil too is a very good human being and an actor. I have worked with his wife too in the past who is equally talented.”
