The Indian television shows have usually the same old plot line revolving around families and marriages. But there have been shows that have not been afraid to experiment and created out of the box shows.

Here are a few of them:

Mahakumbh on Life OK

Itna Karo Na Mujhe Pyaar

Itna Karo Na Mujhe Pyaar, a family drama from Sony Entertainment Television and Balaji Telefilms, took a unique method to narrating the tale of a divorced couple. They frequently nonetheless stay in touch for the benefit of the children, who somehow fall under both parents' care. The show claims to depict the reality of why parents cannot divorce their partners.

Laut Aao Trisha

Laut Aao Trisha, which was influenced by the American television programme "Missing," is about a millionaire's missing daughter and the scandals involving her family. Extramarital affairs, conflicts within a business family, resentment, backstabbing, selfish motives for forging or severing connections, and the unselfish love of a mother for her daughter have all been compiled in the screenplay of the show, providing viewers with a reality check.

She resolves to climb to the mountaintop after being unable to handle her father's rejection in order to win back her father's affection. Not to mention that the show's cinematography has been outstanding thus far in the outdoor location shooting.

Parvarrish

Although they are two related families, the Ahujas and the Ahluwalias have different parenting philosophies. While Sweety Ahluwalia is severe, Pinky Ahluwalia favours a cordial demeanour. The show portrayed different approaches towards parenting and was really well executed.
