MUMBAI: TellyChakkar broke the news about Kasautii Zindagi Kay actress Aamna Sharif and her husband Amit Kapoor producing a new show titled Mera Desh Bulaye Re, on DD Kisan under their banner Cynozure Networkz.

We also reported about actors namely Prithvi Zutshi, Nimai Bali and Anita Kulkarni being roped in for the show.

Now, we hear that actress Nishat Shireen, who is well recognized for her stint in Piya Rangreez, has joined the cast. She will play Nirjala’s mom named Sharda.

The show is expected to launch on 4 Jan 2021.
