MUMBAI: Pallavi Rao is a popular actress on television and is known for her roles in serials like Punar Vivah – Ek Nayi Umeed, Shubh Aarambh, Main Lakshmi Tere Aangan Ki, Kullfi Kumarr Bajewala, and Diya Aur Baati Hum.
Currently, she is essaying the role of Prafulla in the serial Pandya Store, which is a grey and negative character.
Team TellyChakkar got in touch with Pallavi Rao and asked her what similarity she sees between her and the character of Prafulla, to which the actress said that she sees no similarity as her character is very evil and she only knows to plot and plan. She is totally the opposite, but the one thing she would like to take from her is the "never give up" quality.

We also asked her to reveal a secret about any of her co-stars or about herself, to which the actress said that there isn’t any secret about her or her co-stars as everyone in Pandya Store is an open book and they are extremely close to each other. They chill and talk about everything.
In the end, we asked about what she thinks about social media; is it a curse or a boon? She said that it's definitely a boon, as with the help of social media, there are so many things one can do.
She further gave an example of how a reality contestant who had put a dance video on social media was selected for a show, as that’s the power of the internet.
Pallavi also said that it’s the best platform to communicate with different people, especially fans, and it's not a bad place to be in.
