Health, relationships, hobbies

The most important point that I care about during a pandemic or post lockdown is being healthy. I learnt to value every person around me and try to stay connected with everyone. I have quality sleep daily, it helps protect my mental, physical health.

I also started doing hobbies that I enjoyed in the past, like painting, cooking, playing indoor games. All these things give me a heavy dose of excitement and bring positivity.

Diversifying with work, Fitness

I am trying to diversify and give platforms to others for better learning. I am coming up with an online platform where people will be able to pick subjects to learn.

As a fitness freak, I keep myself active and workout at home with FloFitBox online program and keep a strong eye on my food to be always in shape!

Staying positive, connecting with God

What's important is to maintain the positive attitude towards life and never stop dreaming for better tomorrow. I like kids, I play with kids. It keeps me rejuvenated. I chant and worship Lord Hanuman. I have gone deep into spirituality. I got connected to God more.

Staying healthy and positive

I start my day at 5 am in the morning and do my workout first, which helps me to stay fit and positive. I keep myself busy. Being productive also helps me to be positive and also helps me to reach my goal.

Besides, talking to family and close friends is the best medicine for me to stay happy and positive.

Expressing gratitude to almighty, staying away from phone before sleep

When I wake up I do a little prayer where I tell my universe ‘Thank You’ for giving me another day and thank you for everything, give me strength to be a better person, give me good work, so that I can fulfill my dreams. Then I do little exercise on my bed, I don't do too much of exercise because pandemic has made me lazy.

Also, now I have stopped being on the phone much, especially before sleep. I keep my phone one hour aside prior to sleep because all the rays of your phone affects our eyes and brain, this I have learnt from Priyanka Chopra from her recent interview. I give time to my family and it's been two months I'm in Punjab right now.

Staying happy and content in life

Pandemic has affected everyone rich, middle class and poor people. What is important is to realize what is necessary in life. Everybody has a different journey so let there be no comparisons, be happy always, our needs are very less but we make it a big deal about it and that's how we suffer. I feel very happy and content. During this whole second wave, we have to be strong and stand for each other.

Indeed, it’s about time everybody realizes the importance of staying healthy both physically and mentally, positive and being compassionate towards others.
