Paramavtar Shri Krishna actor Pratick Chaudharry on his diet: Vegetarian diet is helping me to detox my body

MUMBAI: To be a public figure and lead the life of a celebrity is not so easy. Celebs are constantly exposed to media and fans. And there are fans who consider celebrities as their idols and also look up to them. Some of the fans get so influenced that they even pick up their style or habit. 

That’s why many celebrities try to set the right example for their fans. Speaking about the same, we have always seen celebrities giving major fitness goals by sharing their workout videos or diet routines. 

In an exclusive chat with TellyChakkar, TV actor Pratick Chaudharry too shared some interesting details about his diet.

When we asked how he plans his diet, Pratick revealed, "I'm usually on diet all the time which consists mainly of salad." 

Well, who doesn't like to have cheat days after being on diet most of the time! Pratick too likes to indulge in cheat meals, but on rare occasions. 

Revealing what he likes to have on his cheat days, Pratick said, "I like to binge on pasta which is homemade as it is a bit healthy as well as it also satisfies my cravings for having some junk food." 

Pratick also revealed that whenever he has cravings for sweets, he gorges on homemade brownies. 

The actor also revealed how a vegetarian diet is helping him a lot. He said that it helps in detoxing his body and he doesn't find any need to consume non- vegetarian food for all the proteins and other supplements. 

Lastly, Pratick revealed his fitness mantra and said that the right intake of salads, water, exercise, and staying happy will definitely give you a better life. 

Well, Pratick has definitely given lots of super easy tips on diet!
