MUMBAI: Since morning, the media has been covering and reporting about the Pearl V Puri case. The actor was arrested early this morning on the charges of the alleged rape of a minor girl.
He has been booked for raping a minor under IPC 376. The latest we know about the case is that he has not got bail and has been sent into 14 days of judicial custody.
Many people from the industry have come out and supported the actor and said that it's not possible for him to do something like that and people shouldn’t judge on the alleged accusations.
One of Pearl's supporters is the producer of Colors' shows Naagin 3, Bepanah Pyaar, and Brahmarakshas: Ekta Kapoor. She had said that she had spoken to the victim’s mother, who told her that Pearl was innocent and was implicated by her husband. It is all a false narrative.
There is news doing the rounds that the victim’s mother is none other than his co-star from one of the shows. Not much is known about who the co-star is and which show she belongs to.

She is the one who has told Ekta that he is innocent and the minor’s father wanted to prove that his working women cannot take care of a child. That’s why he has been creating a false narrative.
Well, the case is under investigation, and soon, the truth shall be out.
