Zee TV’s Meri Saasu Maa (Mumtaz Saba Productions) will now spring up a new and rather shocking development....

And that will be of the exit of actor Pearl V. Puri from the show!!

Are you shocked? Yes, it is certainly happening...

The show will apparently see a small leap in the coming days, and there will be a dramatic twist in the tale with the untimely death of Sattu happening.

OMG!! Hold on to your hand kerchiefs as we get into details... 

Well, the channel and makers will bring in an intrigue point related to the death of Sattu. And it is believed that this new development has come in based on the story requirement. 

A credible source gives us the information, “The search for the new male lead of Meri Saasu Maa is presently on. Sattu’s death will be telecast by this weekend, and this will give rise to huge drama. Post Sattu’s death, a new guy will be roped in.”

Well, this consensus is what is written on the walls.. But there’s more to it, is what we hear... 

Our source feeds us with more info, “Pearl and his co-actor Hiba Nawab’s closeness on the sets has indeed been a huge problem to handle. Their unprofessionalism, too cozy an attitude, cuddling, conversing in sign languages, flying kisses all over the place, have given rise to problems in plenty. Given the troublesome situation the channel and makers found themselves in, they had no option left but to replace one of the leads, keeping the other one intact. And with the main concept of the show dwelling around the ‘bahu’ and ‘saas’, the concerned people found it more apt to retain Hiba and replace Pearl.”

We also hear that Pearl and Hiba have been notified of the same, and they are in great shock  and sorrow. 

When contacted, Pearl confirmed the news stating, "Yes it is true that Sattu is dying. But it is also a fact that his body will not be shown. This was a story demand and you never know I might make a comeback."

We also tried getting in touch with the channel spokesperson and Producers Saba Mumtaz and Rahul Tewary, but did not get any revert till the time we filed the story.
