Peeyush Suhaney to play gangster Vikas Dubey on TV

MUMBAI: Crime-based show Crime Patrol, which airs on Sony Entertainment Television, is one of the most popular shows on Indian television. It showcases shocking crime stories based on real-life incidents.

The show has been instrumental in educating and alerting our society about India’s most shocking crimes for over many years now. It has been narrating some serious and eye-opening stories to viewers in order to make people attentive.

We hear the channel soon plans to telecast three-hour of Crime Patrol. The story will be based on gangster Vikas Dubey, who was killed in an encounter by Uttar Pradesh police last month.

According to our sources, the role of Vikas Dubey will be played by actor Peeyush Suhaney who has been part of Vikram Bhatt’s Zakhmi and shows like CID, Qubool Hai among others.

This particular episode is produced by Rowdy Rascals. The shooting for the same is expected to begin soon.

For the initiated, a web series on gangster Vikas Dubey's life is being developed. The series will be directed by filmmaker Hansal Mehta.
