MUMBAI: Shaalien Malhotra is one actor who has been immensely loved by the fans.

Today happens to be the birthday of Karan Wahi and a lot of his fans and close family members have been taking to social media to wish him. Now Shaalien took to social media to wish him and he also mentioned that Karan was the one who encouraged him to come to Mumbai.

Shaalien Malhotra is one of the most popular actors in the telly world. The handsome hunk has been a part of popular TV shows like Adaalat, Pyaar Tune Kya Kiya, Arjun, Laado - Veerpur Ki Mardaani, among others.  The talented actor is was seen in Sony TV's show Mere Dad Ki Dulhan where he is essaying the role of Rishi Burman. Fans loved his pairing with Anjali Tatrari who essays the role of Niya Sharma. 

Shaalien made his television debut with Star Plus' crime based action show Arjun as ACP Arjun Suryakant Rawte.

He has been seen in reality shows, a contestant of the youth based game show MTV Roadies (season 4) in 2006 and he has also hosted audition episodes of shows like MTV Rockathon, Stunt Mania and MTV Roadies.
