This will come as a shocker for all the loyal viewers of Channel V’s popular show, Swim Team (Endemol India).

Yes, the pretty and elegant Pooja Bhamrah who essayed the role of Dr. Sana in the show will not be seen anymore as she has quit the show. 

As per sources, the girl bid adieu to the show, when she shot for her final sequence last week.

Oh well, wondering why?

Aah, let’s hear it from Pooja herself!!

When contacted, Pooja confirms the news stating, “Yes, it was not easy at all for me to shoot my final sequences as I knew this is going to be my last with a very good team. I have had a blast being part of Swim Team, and have learnt a lot.”

So why did Pooja have to quit?       

She clarifies, “Every actor will like to see a growth in career. And to be frank, my character was going nowhere. So I had to take this decision. I am now looking for bigger things to happen, and I am open to both movies and TV. I will love to be seen in GEC space on TV.”

Now to the big question, how will the makers bring in the exit of Sana?

Over to our sources, “There will be a huge spat happening between TK (Amit Gaur) and Sana. The misunderstanding will be created by Umang (Ashmita Jaggi) and Jugnu (Ishaan Singh Manhas). The end result of the fight will be that Sana will decide to get out of TK’s life.”
