Well, a stunning result awaits viewers tonight, as the very talented Poorvi Koutish gets eliminated. Poorvi who had started off her journey in Indian Idol as a singer well accomplished to the western styled songs proved her mettle in the classical and qawali rounds and got appreciated for her versatility. However, her run in the competition has been cut down just before the finale.
Amit-Swaroop, Poorvi – Bhumi, Vipul-Shivam and Devendra-Rakesh sung the latest hit songs and entertained the judges. We hear that the best performance came from Amit and Swaroop.
With this, the finalists of Indian Idol 6 come to the fore – Vipul Mehta, Devendra Singh and Amit Kumar. The Grand Finale is to be aired on 1 September 2012.
