TV actor Prachee Shah Paandya opened the Lord Krishna festival at Isckon with her outstanding performance and she had her husband Vishwaas Paandya and daughter to cheer her up. Apart from them, Kavita Seth, Anoop Jalota,Yukta Mookhey, Penaaz Mesani, Chitra Jagjit Singh were present at the event.
Said Prachee: “What greater high that on one side I was paying a tribute to a legend like Jagjit Singhji and on the other side I was opening a week-long festival to celebrate the birth of Lord Krishna. It brought back my childhood memories of performing on the same stage when I was just a few years older than my daughter Khiana. As a mother it was a great feeling to have my three and a half year old daughter sitting and clapping for me. Great honour to be sharing the same platform with legends like Pt Jasraj, Hariprasad Chaurasia, Shivkumar Sharma and Anup Jalotaji.
