MUMBAI: Prateik Chaudhary’s latest photo shoot speaks volumes about his toned body and style quotient. The Paramavtar Shri Krishna fame actor looks charming to say the least with his messy hair and stubble in these images. Be it in the white or the blue check shirts or the jacket, Chaudhary surely knows how to impress his fans.  Spilling beans on what is making him glow he says, “I am just doing my usual things, working out regularly, eating healthy and trying to keep myself positive in every situation. Only when you are happy within, it shows on your face and body.”

Chaudhary adds that the profession he is in requires him to “stay fit and look presentable”. But no matter what you do at the end of day what counts is how good a performer you are. “I guess looks are important for an actor only if you’re playing a particular character, where you are required to look good and have a nice physique. Otherwise for an actor it is very important to be a good artist first, who knows about the craft. That’s the base, rest is like a bonus,” he explains.  Talking more about photo shoots where he looks young and vibrant, the actor adds, “I got leaner and have been on a strict diet these days. I am on a low carb diet, surviving just on salads. I am also following a proper workout routine. So it’s really helping me to detox and making me look fresh and young. A healthy lifestyle can do wonders.”
