Rahul Raj Singh

Pratyusha Banerjee's suicide case that rocked the nation is back in the news. It seems that a definite conclusion would be reached end of this month as her alleged boyfriend Rahul Raj Singh, who was booked for the abetment of her suicide, will appear before the court for the final charge sheet hearing, a leading entertainment site has reported.

According to the report, the charge sheet is said to be of 1011 pages. After the hearing, the judge will decide on a course of action.

Furthermore, Rahul has been slapped with assault and intimidation, along with abetment of suicide.

The files are reportedly supported by statements of witnesses, call data records, bank statements, hospital papers and forensic findings.

It’s also being said that the police are relying on the last call between the two to determine Rahul’s hand in the whole fiasco.

Her injury marks that she had allegedly told her relatives about would also form an important basis of the charge sheet.

Reportedly, her income tax statement shows her loan amount of Rs five lakh that she’s borrowed from an individual would also be discussed at the hearing, the site added.

Do you think Rahul would be charged? What would the outcome be?
