Our favourite Titu is back!! Tellychakkar.com was the first to inform readers about Bodhi Tree Pictures launching its next on Sony Entertainment Television. As reported, Karan Wahi was to play the lead in the same. But in the turn of recent events, the lead of the show has seen a change. With the deal not working out with Karan, the talented Priyanshu Jora has been signed as the new hero. The upcoming project would be a youth oriented love story with a comedy angle. Yet to be titled, the series will be a finite one of 200 episodes. Shared a source, "The makers were keen on taking Priyanshu from a long time but he was busy with his prior commitments. Post that talks was initiated with Karan. Although he was almost finalised but things did not work out in the last moment. The creatives then reached out to Priyanshu again and he agreed to come on board." Although the actor is yet to sign the deal, things have been formalised between them. The hunt for the female lead is still on. As per sources the channel wants the show to go on floors soon. We called Priyanshu who shared, "I don't think this is the right time to comment on this. I will get back to you on this later." We dropped a text message to Proucer Sukesh Motwani and the channel spokesperson but did not receive any response from them. Priyanshu who rose to fame as the much loved Titu in Tu Mera Hero was also part of Anil Kapoor's 24. He was also appreciated for his anchoring act in the 14th Indian Telly Awards.
