Punar Vivah fame Zahida Parveen in Siya Ke Ram

The magnum opus drama Siya Ke Ram is soon going to see a new entry.

Popular actress Zahida Parveen who impressed the world with her role in Punar Vivah will play the role of Trijita in the Star Plus show by Triangle Films.

The character of Trijita, as viewers would know was an Asuri (Rakshaks). Ravana had assigned her the duty to take care and guard the kidnapped Sita. She slowly became a mother figure to Sita. Later, she visualised Lord Vishnu in Rama, and thus had a change of heart.

The magician and illusionary Trijita also had premonition about Rama defeating Ravana.

Coming back to the actress, this is the first time Zahida will be seen in a mytho show and this grand scale character will definitely be one of the most exciting ones on TV ever.

Talking more about the character, the actress shared with us, “I was always apprehensive of taking up mytho shows as I thought I will never be able to do justice to it. But I am more than excited to be a part of Siya Ke Ram.”

Zahida’s entry will air from tonight.
