Talented actress Pyumori Mehta who is presently seen in Sony TV's Reporters has been signed to play the female lead's mother in the show. Her character will be of a typical loving and caring mother who would also have a worried and concerned look on her face for her daughter.

Joining Pyumori will be actor Debhashish Naha, who will play the uncle of the female lead. Debhashish who has been part of movies like Munnabhai MBBS, 3 Idiots was last seen in Kuch Toh Log Kahenge on TV.

In addition to these names, we have got to know of Piyali Munshi too bagging a role. Piyali who was last seen in Zee TV's Bandhan will play the sister-in-law of the female lead.

When contacted, Pyumori confirmed the news saying, "Yes, I have been brought on board by the Casting Director Anjali Sharma. I am part of the show, and play a major role."

Debhashish confirmed that he is part of the show, but did not want to talk further.

Piyali told us, "I don't want to comment on this as we are still in talks."

The show as we know will have a Bengali backdrop.
