She was preparing for her civil service examination and after two years of hard work when she finally cleared it, the entire family was overwhelmed with joy. So I thought of capturing the emotions and happenings that unravel after a girl becomes a civil service officer. This is how I conceived Afsar Bitiya,” shared Raakesh with the team of Tellychakkar.com. Quite an enlightening story, we must say.
