Raakesh Paswan is someone who is very connected to his roots. Hailing from Jharkhand (Tatanagar to be precise) he has always penned down stories that have the ability to stir the finest of human emotions. And after Baba Aiso Var Dhoondo, he is currently wowing the masses with his latest offering on ZEE TV, Afsar Bitiya.

“The story is inspired from my own sister. She was preparing for her civil service examination and after two years of hard work when she finally cleared it, the entire family was overwhelmed with joy. So I thought of capturing the emotions and happenings that unravel after a girl becomes a civil service officer. This is how I conceived Afsar Bitiya,” shared Raakesh with the team of Tellychakkar.com.

Quite an enlightening story, we must say. Furthermore, when asked to don the mantle of a journalist, he said, “Masaledar kuch likhte hain aaj,” and we all burst out in laughter.

Then he called up Kinshuk Mahajan, Richa Soni, Parul Yadav, and did articles on them (we shall upload them soon. Just keep checking Tellychakkar.com).

Finally, he said that writing has always been a special and important part of his life. “I love to create something. It’s a very special feeling. I enjoy being a producer, but I love sitting in a room and creating stories. It brings a smile to my lips,” he ended.

Raakesh, you are one helluva talented man. You are creative and strikingly smart. In short, you are a genius. Thanks for being in the house!!!
