MUMBAI: Indian television actor Rahul Sharma, currently starring as Sarthak in ‘Pyar Ki Luka Chuppi’ on Dangal TV is popularly known across the country for his good looks and his superb persona! When asked about the secret behind his ever-fresh appearance he said it was all about the diet and a healthy lifestyle. He also gave credit to his ‘Ghar ke Nuske’ (home-made remedies) which helps him boost his immunity and stay groomed during lockdown.

Rahul Sharma believes in working out and eating right. When asked about what his daily diet plan looks like, he said “I love to eat fruits as it is my soul food that keeps my head and body healthy.While on a 12-hour long shoot which keeps me on my feet, I eat well and makes sure I have a protein rich diet.”

One of the most important things he has been following since he was a kid is drinking some warm water with lemon squeezed in. He calls it ‘Ram Bann’ and says, “This drink provides you your vitamin C for the day, clears your digestive system and also boosts your immunity.” He suggests this to everybody as keeping your immunity in check is the most important thing in today’s times.

Rahul has also grown his hair long while staying at home and when prompted for some tips for healthy hair he said, “I apply some warm coconut oil on my hair an hour before I take a bath. I do this at least twice a week. Another tip is to use Onion water on your scalp to save your hair from falling and then use a shampoo that has a strong fragrance to get rid of the onion odor.”

All in all, he is an avid believer of eating right and avoids artificially manufactured products.
