MUMBAI: Rajan Shahi is not just known for setting trends with his stories, but also for his unique ways of keeping his cast and crew engaged. He organised Vishwakarma puja and Laxmi puja on the sets of his popular show "Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai" on Sunday. It's a ritual that he follows to organize a puja or havan on the sets of his shows to offer his prayers and also to ward off any negativity. Present during the puja was lead actress Shivangi Joshi, who was all smiles as she clicked a couple of pics with the producer.

"Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai" is one of the longest-running daily soaps of the Indian television industry. The show began with the story of Akshara and Naitik and has now been taken forward by Kartik and Naira. It is not just a love story, but deals with various relationships in a family, and also talks about family values. The show is popular amongst the audience for the chemistry of its lead pair played by Mohsin Khan and Shivangi, but also for its rich sets, and the entertaining naach-gaana and most importantly it's the love shown in the show that keeps the audience hooked.  The show is produced under Rajan Shahi's banner Director's Kut Productions and airs on Star Plus.
