MUMBAI: Pandit Rama Krishna’s (Krishna Bharadwaj) life is set to take an interesting turn. This legendary titular character, who is known for his wit and intelligence will be seen losing his well-known intellect. Sony SAB’s historical fiction, Tenali Rama is set to take an unusual turn which will lead him to act differently.

Previously, Bhaskar who is disguised as Pandit Rama Krishna successfully dethroned Kaikala (Vishwajeet Pradhan) as Vijayanagar’s King by using only his wit and makes King Balakumara (Shakti Anand) take the throne again. While the entire Kingdom is happy to have King Balakumara rule again, Kaikala, on the other hand, is furious as Pandit Rama has taken his dream away.

Kaikala, in a fit of rage, decides to avenge his defeat by taking an oath to make Pandit Rama leave Vijayanagar. He, along with the Queen of Vijayanagar, plan to make Rama consume a rare medicine which will affect Pandit Rama’s behavior and help them prove him as an incompetent advisor to the King. Kaikala plans a perfect situation to deceive Rama into consuming the medicine and looks forward for the ideal moment. On the other hand, Rama has no idea about the looming threat ahead.
