MUMBAI: Vikas Gupta and Jasmin Bhasin are currently inmates on 'Bigg Boss 14'. They do not get along very well on the reality show. Aly Goni also accused Vikas of taking away opportunities from others and giving them away to his own friends and supporters. Aly also stated that Vikas spread rumors about him and Jasmin to defame them. Vikas denied these allegations and called them fake.

In the last few days, there are rumours doing the rounds about how Vikas was responsible for helping his friend and actress Rashami Desai get the role of Shalakha in 'Naagin 4'. A source also revealed how he was responsible for Jasmin Bhasin's exit from the show. The source added, "Since Vikas helped Rashami, she has grown fond of him and supporting him in 'Bigg Boss 14'."

Recently Rashami Desai clarified that "My landing the role of Shalakha had nothing to do with Vikas Gupta. It was a decision completely taken by the channel and production house. I don't know from where such rumors have emerged. Vikas is a friend and that's why I am fond of him and no other reason." Her show 'Naagin 4' was pulled off-air due to the lockdown and 'Naagin 5' with Sharad Malhotra and Surbhi Chandna was launched a few months back.
