Resham Tipnis, whose character Trisha in Ghar Ek Sapna has died, is soon going to be seen in a Hindi comedy film and two Marathi films. She is still shooting for Ghar Ek Sapna for flashback scenes. Resham was playing the lead character’s sister in the show. “I did not want to quit the show but the creative team must have taken this decision for a reason. Maybe they wanted drama to increase the TRPs. I am ok with it,” says Resham. She has signed on two Marathi films and one Hindi film. She is yet to start the shooting for her untitled Hindi film. The film’s star cast includes Rajpal Yadav, Ashwini Khalsekar and Vinay Pathak. When asked about her role in the film, she says, “I am playing the role of Rajpal Yadav’s wife.” Resham has done many comedy roles in her career and her new role in the film is not any different. “The movie is about two married couples who have a conflict. Things unfold in a humorous way in their lives. The movie is going to release this year but the date is not finalized. I can’t reveal anything moreon this film and my other two Marathi films as it is at a nascent stage,” declares Resham. Resham was a part of Ghar Ek Sapna from the time it started. She has good memories from the show. “It was nice working for this show but now that I won’t have to shoot for it, I am definitely going to miss every one from the unit,” says Resham.
