MUMBAI: Starplus’ Imlie has turned a major hit amongst its fans with its love triangle and spellbinding twists. The show has Gashmeer Mahajani, Sumbul Touqeer and Mayuri Deshmukh in the leads as Aditya, Imlie and Malini respectively.
Currently, Aditya is desperate to reveal the truth of Imlie and his marriage to his family but the attempts keep failing due to problems in the family. Nishant’s truth about cancer gets revealed shockingly in front of the family and Aditya feels devastated as he couldn’t be a good brother to him. Imlie tries to console Aditya and requests him to keep his divorce with Malini on hold and focus on the family first.
Gashmeer aka Aditya will don the Sardaarji avatar in the upcoming track, the reason behind this look is yet to be disclosed. He looks unrecognizable in that turban and a long beard; you wouldn’t blink your eyes from the sight of this dandy.
Gashmeer has shared a BTS video on how he has been prepping to nail the new character with Sumbul aka Imlie. He is dancing on the famous track “Tung Tung” with Sumbul and absorbing all the Punjabi vibes. You would witness the most entertaining bhangra by Aditya in this video.

Till then, the upcoming episode shall unveil Malini’s boyfriend meeting Imlie and Aditya, but her uncomfortable behavior makes Imlie suspicious about foul play in their relationship. She is still not ready to believe that Malini who loved Aditya so much has moved on.
