MUMBAI: Renowned producer Gul Khan who has bankrolled popular shows like Qubool Hai, Kulfi Kumarr Bajewala, Nazar, Ishqbaaaz and many more, is bringing a new show titled Imlie on Star Plus.
TellyChakkar was the first one to break the news about the show starring Sumbul Touqeer Khan and Gashmeer Mahajani in the lead roles.
Gul’s shows are known to be having unique concepts. Similarly, Imlie’s plot is very unlike other TV shows.
We hear that Sumbul will play a village girl named Imlie while Gashmeer will portray a journalist named Aditya. Eventually, village girl Imlie will shift to Delhi to achieve her dreams.
We hear that the show Imlie is most likely getting launched on 16 November.
