MUMBAI: After its comeback, the top-rated show of the Indian Television industry - Kundali Bhagya has offered some rather interesting twists to its viewers. Ruhi Chaturvedi, who plays Sherlyn on the show, has been key to several ups and downs that Karan (Dheeraj Dhoopar) - Preeta (Shraddha Arya) have gone through recently. While Ruhi has been having a great time shooting these topsy-turvy sequences, recently the popular actress tried her hand at something completely new. She took inspiration from top Bollywood celebrities and designed her new apartment all by herself.

Ruhi and her husband Shivendraa were staying at the latter’s apartment in Mumbai post their marriage. However, they recently decided to move into a bigger space. For the same, the actress turned into an interior  designer and after taking inspiration from houses of her Bollywood favourites including Kareena Kapoor Khan, Shah Rukh Khan, amongst others, she designed her new apartment.

Talking about her new house Ruhi said, “I was very excited about our new flat. Shivendraa and I have been dreaming and planning to move into a bigger place since a while now and we’ve finally moved into our plush new apartment. He had given me the full responsibility of designing the house and once we booked it, I took charge of it and made sure I made it into a peaceful abode that we both love to the core. It is simple, yet elegant. I have selected some really interesting decor and got custom made furniture and wall units made. From planning to executing everything, I took charge and while balancing this and shooting for Kundali Bhagya was tough, it
has turned out to be exactly how we wanted it to be. Shivendraa and I are very happy and excited to move into this new house.”

While Ruhi and Shivendraa start a new innings of their life, viewers are in for a treat as a lot of twists and turns beckon Karan and Preeta life in Kundali Bhagya.
