MUMBAI: TellyChakkar has been at the forefront in updating viewers about Applause Entertainment’s next web-series titled Madhuri Talkies. The series will be directed by Arvind Babal.
We exclusively reported about Rajeev Panday and Saksham Dayma beung roped in for the web-series in a negative avatar.
We now have information that theatre actor Sagar Wahi, also known for his stint in Channel V’s Ishq Unplugged, will play an important character in the show. Varun Kashyap will also be seen in the project.
A close source said, 'Sagar will play the lead role in the series, whereas Varun will have negatives shades to his character.'
We contacted Sagar for a confirmation, and he said 'Yes, I am doing Madhuri Talkies. I will be playing the character of Manish. The concept and story of the project is very nice and different, which is why I’ve signed the project. I am pretty sure the audiences would love the web-series.'
Last seen in Saheb Biwi Aur Gangster 3, Varun Kashyap said, "I will be playing an out an out negative character called Langda Mahto which is a very interesting one to play".
