Sahara to launch two shows in November

Sahara One has been steadily climbing up from the bottom ranks and their position could be further strengthened with the addition of two news shows – Pankh Hote Toh Ud Jaate and Joh Ishq Ki Marzi Woh Rab Ki Marzi. Before these shows, Sahara will be launching Cinevistaas’ Kaisi Lagi Lagan in October. Sahara One Business Head Nilanjana Purkhayastha agreed to the new shows in the pipeline but refused to divulge any details regarding Pankh.. and Joh Ishq… A reliable source informs, “Pankh.. and Joh Ishq… will probably launch after the first week of November. The two shows will commence once Saas vs Bahu is over. Pankh…is the journey of an ambitious 22-year-old girl and is produced by FOX. Jo Ishq… on the other hand is period love story that is produced by Sagar Arts. The latter is likely to have new faces.” More new shows will follow on Sahara especially with the channel likely to launch its afternoon band. One thing that viewers wouldn’t get to see this year is Biggest Loser Jeetega which is likely to commence in 2009.
